It was headed, what I would consider due west of my walking point (I've kind of clarified the direction I was heading in, was north) so therefore it was to my left and the Gas Barn was back to my south facing.
I'm not sure if I should go out again today... It's only this and my email account keeping me sane right now, not even Yahoo games is working for me!

Ok that's kinda creepy looking. Hopefully it didn't see you, just incase. It kinda looks like it had a hat on or a pointy head.
What could you tell of it other wise, did it move like a person or an animal?

Yahoo games, neh? Do you have a yahoo messenger account? it would be much easier to have a conversation that way.
I'd probably keep a healthy distance from whatever that thing is. We don't know if it's sentient, if it's malicious or predatory, or if it's benign.
I hate to sound xenophobic, but keep something heavy nearby, just in case. Close the barn door, if you can.
